  • Doctor visits. Primary care, specialists, urgent care, telehealth.
  • Hospital & emergency. ER visits, inpatient stays, surgery, ambulance.
  • Prescriptions. Tiered drug coverage including generics, brand-name, and specialty.
  • Maternity & newborn. Prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and pediatric care.

FAQ

Common questions, real answers.

Does it cost anything to work with an agent?

No. Our services are completely free to you. Carriers pay us directly when you enroll — the premium is the same whether you go through us or sign up alone. The difference is you get an advocate.

What if I have a pre-existing condition?

You're covered. Under the ACA, all major medical plans must cover pre-existing conditions with no waiting period and no exclusions. Premiums also can't be raised based on health history.

When can I enroll?

Open Enrollment runs annually from November 1 through January 15. Outside that window you can enroll if you have a Qualifying Life Event — losing job-based coverage, marriage, divorce, having a baby, moving, or aging off a parent's plan.

Can I keep my doctor?

Often yes — but it depends on the plan's network. Before recommending anything, we check your current doctors, hospitals, and prescriptions against each plan's network so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between HMO, PPO, and EPO?

HMO: Lower cost, but you need referrals and must stay in-network. PPO: More flexibility, no referrals, out-of-network coverage at higher cost. EPO: In-network only, no referrals — a middle ground. We'll match the structure to how you actually use healthcare.
